No. The guardian portal is a mobile-first website, so it works from a text message link on any phone with nothing to install.
We don’t create accounts for them or collect their email addresses. The guardian holds the account and receives all communication, which keeps the program clear of verifiable-consent requirements. For athletes 13 to 17, the guardian decides at registration whether the athlete may receive team messages directly.
Yes. You can export rosters, families, balances and payment history at any time, and you keep those exports if you ever leave.
