Teams & rosters
Rosters that hold the whole story
An athlete record carries their team, jersey, position, grad year, guardians, documents and billing history. Move them to another team and all of it travels with them.
Coaches assigned per rosterSee who's responsible for a team at a glance, with role-based access to what they can edit.
Per-athlete fee overridesScholarships, sibling discounts and partial seasons are set on the row and flagged so nothing looks like an error.
Two export modesA clean roster sheet for tournament check-in, or a full data export for your own records.
Age-aware by design
DreemTeam does not create accounts for or collect email addresses from athletes under 13. Guardians hold the account, receive every notice, and give consent on the athlete’s behalf. The invite action is simply disabled on those rows, with the reason shown.
For athletes 13–17, guardians decide during registration whether the athlete may receive team communication directly.
Consent captured once
Four consolidated agreements at registration — participation and liability, code of conduct, concussion acknowledgment with athlete signature, and an optional photo and media release — each stored with a timestamp against the athlete.
Payments & AutoPay
What the family sees
Guardians get their own portal. If they have athletes in more than one organization on DreemTeam, they pick the organization first — each one bills through its own Stripe account, with its own payment methods and history.
One bill for the whole familySiblings on different teams appear as line items on a single payment.
Installments and AutoPayPay in full, pay this month, or enrol in recurring charges on the 1st. The authorization text and timestamp are stored with the charge.
You set the fee they seeOne clear processing fee line at whatever rate your program chooses — or none at all. Your own reporting still breaks out what each payment cost you.
